Spencer Warlick, owner and lead designer of Warlick Design Build, brings over 20 years of experience in both construction and design. As a 6th generation Floridian, Spencer draws from the states rich architectural heritage and natural beauty, seamlessly integrating these influences into his work - creating designs that are both innovative and contextually rooted. With a Master of Architecture from the University of Florida and a Bachelor’s in Historic Preservation & Community Planning from the College of Charleston, Spencer is uniquely equipped to honor the past while pushing the boundaries of modern design.

His active involvement in every phase of a project ensures that each design is executed with both practicality and attention to detail.
